WhaleTag does not recommend buying, selling, holding, or valuing any NFT. “Whale,” accumulation, risk, and opportunity labels are configurable research signals, not predictions.
Data availability
Marketplace APIs, block explorers, price services, and networks can be delayed, incomplete, rate-limited, or unavailable. WhaleTag reports freshness and scan coverage but cannot guarantee that every event will be captured.
No custody or transactions
WhaleTag does not request seed phrases, token approvals, asset transfers, or paid verification transactions. Never continue if any imitation site asks for them.
Free public access
WhaleTag does not sell a Pro tier or require NFT ownership to use the current tools. Access may still be affected by upstream API availability, rate limits, browser storage, or necessary abuse prevention.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse public endpoints, evade service limits, interfere with availability, or use WhaleTag to violate marketplace, provider, or applicable legal requirements.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as WhaleTag develops. Material changes should be reflected on this page before broader promotion.
